35. תוקף פעולות ועדת האיתור
קיום ועדת האיתור, סמכויותיה ותוקף פעולותיה לא ייפגעו מחמת ליקוי במינויו או בהמשך כהונתו של אחד מחברי הוועדה, ובלבד שמכהנים בה שני חברי ועדה.
