59. חובת אמונים
תיקון: תשע״ה־2
(א)נושא משרה חב חובת אמונים לתאגיד השידור הישראלי וינהג במילוי תפקידו בהגינות, בנאמנות ובלא משוא פנים.
(ב)אין בהוראת סעיף קטן (א) כדי למנוע את קיומה של חובת אמונים של נושא המשרה כלפי אדם אחר.
