תיקון: תשע״ה־2
המועצה תקבע כללים בדבר איסורים ומגבלות על שידור הודעות חסות, תשדירי פרסומת והודעות ותשדירים לשירות הציבור, בשים לב לתפקידי תאגיד השידור הישראלי כאמור בסעיף 7, ובכלל זה בשל היותם פוגעים בטעם הטוב, ברגשות הציבור או בשלום הציבור.
