185. תעודת רישום שעבוד
[127(8), (9)]
(א)הרשם יתן תעודה חתומה בידו על רישומו של כל שעבוד, ובה יפורט הסכום המובטח בו; התעודה תהא ראיה חלוטה שנתמלאו כל הדרישות בנוגע לרישום.
(ב)העתק של תעודת רישום לפי סעיף זה יובא על גבי כל איגרת חוב, או תעודת איגרת חוב סטוק, שהנפיקה החברה לאחר יצירת השעבוד הרשום ושתשלומה מובטח בו.
