193. רישום אגרה שתשלומה נדחה

נדחה על פי חוק תשלומה של אגרה המשתלמת לרשם, ירשום הרשם בפנקס רישום השעבודים את סכום האגרה שנדחתה, ולאחר ששולמה, כולה או מקצתה, יירשם הדבר בפנקס לפי בקשת החברה.
