247. סייג לסכום ההשתתפות
[143(1)(ד), (ה)]
(א)בחברה המוגבלת במניות לא יידרש משתתף לשלם יותר מן הסכום שעדיין לא נפרע על המניות שהוא חב עליהן כחבר או כמי שהיה חבר.
(ב)בחברה המוגבלת בערבות לא יידרש משתתף לשלם למעלה מן הסכום שקיבל עליו לשלם לחשבון נכסי החברה בפירוקה.
