249. שמירת הוראה שבפוליסה או שבחוזה

האמור בפקודה זו אין בו כדי לבטל הוראה שבפוליסת ביטוח או שבחוזה אחר, המגבילה את חבותם של החברים כיחידים לפי הפוליסה או החוזה, או האומרת שהחבות לפיהם חלה על כספי החברה בלבד.
