276. סמכות לדרוש מסירת נכסים

בכל עת לאחר מתן צו הפירוק רשאי בית המשפט לדרוש מכל משתתף הרשום אותה שעה ברשימת המשתתפים ומכל נאמן, כונס נכסים, בנקאי או מורשה של החברה או נושא משרה בה, לשלם, למסור או להעביר לידי המפרק, מיד או תוך זמן שיורה בית המשפט, כספים, נכסים או פנקסים שברשותו ושיש לחברה לכאורה זכות עליהם.
