281. סמכות לעצור משתתף נמלט

הוכח לבית המשפט כי יש סיבה סבירה להניח שמשתתף פלוני עומד לעזוב את הארץ, או להימלט באופן אחר, או להעלים או להבריח נכס מנכסיו כדי להשתמט מלפרוע דרישות תשלום או להימנע מחקירה בדבר עסקי החברה, רשאי הוא, בין לפני מתן צו פירוק ובין לאחר מכן, להורות לעצור את המשתתף ולתפוס פנקסים ומיטלטלין שלו ולהחזיק אותו ואת אשר נתפס אצלו במשמרת בטוחה במשך זמן שיקבע.
