310. דרכי ניהול וזכות פניה לבית המשפט
[173(3)–(5)]
(א)בניהול נכסי החברה וחלוקתם בין הנושים ישתמש המפרק בשיקול דעתו שלו, בכפוף להוראות פקודה זו.
(ב)המפרק רשאי לבקש מבית המשפט, בדרך שנקבעה, הוראות ביחס לכל ענין שהתעורר אגב הפירוק.
(ג)מי שנפגע על ידי מעשה או החלטה של המפרק רשאי לפנות לבית המשפט ובית המשפט רשאי לאשר, לבטל או לשנות את המעשה או ההחלטה וליתן כל צו בענין כפי שיראה צודק.
