ואלה דינם קנס:
(1)חברה שהפרה הוראת סעיף 323(א) וכל נושא משרה בה שביודעין ובמזיד אישר או התיר את ההפרה;
(2)דירקטור שהפר הוראה מהוראות סעיף 323(ג).
