379. פטור ממס בולים

בפירוק חברה בידי בית המשפט יהיו פטורים ממס בולים כל שטר קנין או העברה וכל מסמך אחר הנוגעים למקרקעין בלבד, או לשעבוד, לזכות או לענין במיטלטלין או במקרקעין שהם חלק מנכסי החברה ושנשארים חלק מנכסיה אחרי חתימת המסמך, וכל יפוי כוח, כתב הרשאה, צו, תעודה, תצהיר, שטר התחייבות וכל מסמך אחר הנוגעים לנכסיה של החברה שבפירוק בלבד או להליך משפטי בפירוק.
