8. תשלומי איזון
תיקון: תשע״ג
תשלומי איזון, ככל שהם נדרשים לפי סעיף 122 לחוק, ייקבעו בשקלים חדשים נכון ליום עריכת טבלאות ההקצאה והאיזון; ממועד זה ועד יום תחילתה של התכנית יישאו תשלומי האיזון בהפרשי הצמדה בהתאם לסעיף 265א לחוק, ומיום תחילתה של התכנית ועד לתשלום דמי האיזון בפועל – יישאו בריבית בהתאם לסעיף האמור.
