23. ביטול החלטה לאשר תכנית לדיור לאומי
תיקון: תשע״ד
החלטת הוועדה לאשר תכנית תהא בטלה ויראו את התכנית כתכנית שנדחתה, בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)לא הוגשו לוועדה מסמכים מתוקנים במועד הקבוע לכך לפי סעיף 22(ב);
(2)לא מולאו התנאים שקבעה הוועדה לאישור התכנית לפי סעיף 21(ב)(2) או (ד)(2), בתוך התקופה כאמור בסעיף 22(א).
