33. ביצוע ותקנות ודיווח לכנסת
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשע״ה
(א)ראש הממשלה ושר הפנים ממונים על ביצוע חוק זה והם רשאים להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
פורסמו תקנות הליכי תכנון ובנייה להאצת הבנייה למגורים (הוראת שעה) (דיור בהישג יד להשכרה), התשע״ה–2015.
(ב)ראש הממשלה ושר הפנים ידווחו לוועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת אחת לארבעה חודשים, החל ביום תחילתו של חוק זה, על ההתקדמות ביישומו.
