16ד. הרכב מינהלת השקעות בתיירות
תיקון: תשס״ט־2
(א)מינהלת השקעות בתיירות תכלול, נוסף על מנהל מינהלת השקעות בתיירות, את החברים האלה:
(1)שני נציגי משרד האוצר, שימנה שר האוצר;
(2)שני נציגי משרד התיירות, שימנה שר התיירות.
(ב)השרים רשאים למנות נציג ציבור להיות חבר נוסף במינהלת השקעות בתיירות.
