19ב. אישור שינויים על פי הנחיות
תיקון: תשל״ח־3
(א)המינהלה רשאית להסמיך אדם, אף אם אינו עובד המדינה, לאשר על פי הנחיותיה –
(1)שינוי בתכנית הנובע משינויים במחירי הנכסים בלבד, שאינו משנה את כמות הציוד או סוגו או את שטח הבנינים או סוגם;
(2)שינוי בתכנית שאינו מהותי בכמות הציוד או סוגו או בשטח הבנינים או סוגם;
(3)שינוי במועדי ביצוע תכנית.
(ב)דינו של אישור שינוי על פי סעיף קטן (א) כדין אישור לפי סעיף 18.
