21. דין תכנית מאושרת
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ו, תשל״ח־3
המפעל או הנכס – לרבות הרחבתם – או ההשקעה או ההלוואה, או אותו חלק מהם, שביצועם הוא נושא תכנית מאושרת יהיו:
(1)למפעל מאושר או למפעל להשכרת ציוד;
(2)לנכס מאושר;
(3)להשקעה מאושרת;
(4)להלוואה מאושרת;
והכל כפי שפורש באישור.
