4. דייר ממשיך שני
הוראות סעיף קטן (א) בסעיף 3 לחוק לא יחולו על אדם הטוען לזכות לשכירות לפי הוראותיו, במקרה שהוראות הסעיף הקטן האמור כבר חלו על דייר ממשיך, שנפטר או שעבר להתגורר במוסד סיעודי, זולת אם נפטר או עבר להתגורר במוסד סיעודי כאמור, שנתיים או פחות לאחר המועד שחלו לגביו הוראות אותו סעיף.
