10. ייחוד תואר מומחה
מיום שקבע שר הבריאות תואר של מומחיות מוכרת, או מתאריך שלאחר מכן שנקבע בתקנות, לא ישתמש אדם בתואר של אותה מומחיות, או בביטוי או קיצור המרמזים להיותו מומחה באותו ענף בפסיכולוגיה, אלא בהתאם לרישומו בפנקס או בהתאם להיתר.
