המנהל רשאי, לפי המלצת ועדת התלונות, ולאחר שמיעת הפסיכולוג, להאריך את תקופת ההשעיה עד לסיום הדיון המשמעתי או ההליכים הפליליים באין עוד ערעור עליהם.
