5. פרסומת ודרכי שיווק אסורים אחרים
תיקון: תשס״ו
לא יעשה אדם פרסומת ודרכי שיווק המכוונים לעודד קטינים לכל אחד מאלה:
(1)צריכת משקאות משכרים;
(2)עישון סיגריות או שימוש במוצרי טבק אחרים;
(3)השתתפות בהימורים, במשחקי מזל או בהגרלות, למעט בהגרלות חד־פעמיות שאינן למטרות מסחריות.
