13. תנאים להכרה בסרט ישראלי
השר, בהתייעצות עם המועצה ובאישור הועדה, יקבע בכללים תנאים להכרה בסרט שנעשה על ידי גורמים ישראליים כסרט ישראלי לענין חוק זה, לרבות תנאים להכרה בסרט כאמור בהפקה משותפת עם גורמים שאינם ישראליים.
