24ב. סייג למינוי חבר ועדה
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
(א)בסעיף זה ובסעיפים 24ג עד 24ו, ”חבר ועדה“ – חבר באחת מאלה: ועדה פסיכיאטרית, ועדה פסיכיאטרית מחוזית לילדים ולנוער, או ועדה מיוחדת כאמור בסעיף 28א.
(ב)לא ימונה לחבר ועדה מי שהורשע בעבירה פלילית או בעבירת משמעת שמפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי לכהן כחבר ועדה או שהוגשו נגדו כתב אישום או קובלנה או תובענה משמעתית בעבירה כאמור וטרם ניתן פסק דין סופי בעניינו.
