28ה. עיון חוזר בהחלטות ועדה מיוחדת
תיקון: תשע״ה
נאשם או בא כוחו, מנהל או בא כוח היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, רשאי לפנות לוועדה מיוחדת בבקשה לעיון חוזר בהחלטת הוועדה לפי סעיפים 28ג או 28ד, אם התגלו עובדות חדשות או שהשתנו הנסיבות; עיון חוזר יכול שיתקיים גם ביוזמתה של ועדה מיוחדת.
