36. תעסוקה לחולה
השר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות הוראות בדבר העסקתו של חולה בעיסוקים הקשורים בתוכנית ריפוי בעיסוק או בתוכנית שיקום; אין בהעסקתו של חולה כאמור משום יצירת קשר של עובד ומעביד בין החולה לבין המעסיק.
