10. שירות מילואים במקום שירות סדיר
(א)חייל מילואים שלא שירת שירות סדיר או שטרם השלים אימון צבאי ראשוני, חייב בשירות מילואים מעבר לתקופה שהוא חייב בה לפי הוראות פרק זה, למשך תקופה שלא תעלה על ארבעה חודשים.
(ב)שירות מילואים לפי סעיף זה יהיה רצוף, ואולם רשאי מוסמך להורות כי תקופת השירות כאמור תחולק לשניים או לשלושה, באותה שנה או בכמה שנים רצופות.
