5. חובת שירות מילואים
(א)חייל מילואים חייב בשירות מילואים לפי הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)חייל מילואים חייב להתייצב לשירות מילואים, אם נקרא לכך, בידי מוסמך, בצו, בדרך שנקבעה בפקודות הצבא, במקום ובזמן שנקבעו בצו, וכן חייב הוא לשרת שירות מילואים כל זמן שהצו עומד בתוקפו.
