7. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשע״ו
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו, לרבות בדבר –
(1)המצאת עותק של צו הגבלת שימוש במקום;
(2)המצאת הודעה על הגשת בקשה או ערעור לפי חוק זה;
(3)סדרי הדיון בבקשה או בערעור לפי חוק זה.
