14. פיקוח על הכנסת טובין והוצאתם
הפיקוח על הכנסת טובין לאזור אילת, על הוצאתם ממנו ועל שמירת טובין שניתן לגביהם פטור או הקלה על פי חוק זה, יהיה בידי רשות המכס; לענין זה רשאי המנהל להורות על מקומות הכנסת טובין והוצאתם ועל הימים והשעות שבהם מותר להכניס או להוציא טובין, וליתן כל הוראה הנראית לו דרושה.
