2. פרשנות ושמירת דינים
(א)כל מונח בהוראה בחוק זה המתייחס למס כלשהו יתפרש לפי המשמעות שיש לו בחוק שלפיו מוטל אותו מס.
(ב)חוק זה בא להוסיף על ההטבות על פי כל דין, זולת אם נאמר במפורש אחרת בחוק זה.
(ג)הוראות חוק זה והסמכויות לפיו לא יגרעו מכל הוראה של דין אחר או מסמכות לפיה, זולת אם נאמר אחרת בחוק זה.
