טובין שהוחל עליהם מס ערך מוסף בשיעור אפס לפי סעיף 5(ב), לא יועברו מאזור אילת למקום אחר בישראל בידי עוסק שקיבל את ההטבה כאמור, אלא אם כן בידו מסמך המעיד על ביטול העסקה בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה.
