2. רישיון
(א)לא יפעיל אדם שירות נתוני אשראי או שירות מידע על עוסקים אלא לפי חוק זה.
(ב)הפעלת שירות נתוני אשראי תיעשה רק על פי רישיון שירות נתוני אשראי.
(ג)הפעלת שירות מידע על עוסקים תיעשה רק על פי רישיון שירות מידע על עוסקים.
