37. שמירת סודיות
מי שהגיע אליו מידע במהלך עבודתו או העסקתו בשירות נתוני אשראי או שירות מידע על עוסקים, לא יגלה אותו אלא לצורך ביצוע הוראות חוק זה או במידה הנדרשת לפי כל דין; הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על גילוי פרטים שאין בהם כדי לזהות את מי שהמידע נוגע אליו.
