7. מסירת מידע לשם כהונה
נקבעה בחיקוק פסלות לכהונה ציבורית בשל עבר פלילי, תמסור המשטרה מידע מן המרשם על מי שממלא או נועד למלא אותה כהונה אם היועץ המשפטי לממשלה אישר זאת, לאחר שראה שיש למבקש ענין מוצדק לקבל את המידע.
