14. תקנות סדר הדין והוצאות
(א)על הגשת תובענה לפי חוק זה וניהולה יחולו תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984, בשינויים המחוייבים, אלא אם כן קבע שר המשפטים אחרת.
(ב)פסק בית המשפט הוצאות למי שהגיש תובענה ייצוגית, רשאי הוא לקבוע כי ההוצאות ישולמו, כולן או מקצתן, לתובע שטרח בהגשת התובענה ובהוכחתה.
