10. מינוי המועצה והרכבה
(א)השר ימנה מועצת מוזיאונים בת עשרים ואחד חברים, מהם ששה עובדי המדינה, חמישה אנשי מקצוע בתחום המוזיאונים, חמישה אנשי ציבור, שלושה נציגים של עיריות שיקבע אותן השר, נציג אחד של מועצה מקומית שיקבע אותה השר ונציג אחד של מועצה אזורית שיקבע אותה השר.
(ב)השר ימנה את יושב ראש המועצה מבין חבריה.
(ג)הודעה על מינוי המועצה, על מינוי יושב ראש המועצה ועל כל שינוי בהרכב המועצה, תפורסם ברשומות.
