12. ועדות וסדרי עבודה
(א)המועצה רשאית למנות ועדות, מבין חבריה או שלא מביניהם, ולהעביר להן מתפקידיה, ולפקח על עבודתן.
(ב)המועצה תקבע את סדרי הדיון בישיבותיה ובישיבות הועדות שמינתה, במידה שלא נקבעו בתקנות לפי חוק זה.
