16. אחריות לעבירה
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה או התקנות שלפיו בידי חבר־בני־אדם, יאשם בעבירה גם כל אדם אשר בשעת ביצוע העבירה היה מנהל פעיל או עובד בכיר האחראי לאותו תחום, אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושהוא נקט בכל האמצעים הסבירים להבטחת שמירתו של חוק זה והתקנות שלפיו.
