השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, לאחר התייעצות במועצה ובאישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו, לרבות בדבר דרכי פיקוח על מוזיאונים.
