6. עיקול, שעבוד ופירוק
(א)מוצג שבבעלותו של מוזיאון מוכר לא יהיה ניתן לעיקול או לשעבוד.
(ב)מוזיאון מוכר שהוא תאגיד שהחליט על פירוקו מרצון או שניתן צו לפירוקו, מוצג שבבעלותו לא ייכלל בין הנכסים הניתנים לחלוקה בין נושי התאגיד, לא יימכר ולא יועבר בדרך אחרת, אלא יועבר לבעלות המדינה או לבעלות מוזיאון מוכר אחר כפי שיורה בית המשפט המחוזי שבתחום סמכותו נמצא המוזיאון המוכר ולתקופה שיקבע.
(ג)הוראות סעיף זה יחולו על אף האמור בכל חיקוק או הסכם.
