12. מכירת מוצגים
(א)לא יימכר מוצג שבמוזיאון אלא אם כן נתקבל אישור לכך מההנהלה של המוזיאון או ממי שהיא הסמיכה לכך.
(ב)הסכם למכירת מוצג ייערך בכתב.
(ג)תמורה שנתקבלה ממכירתו של מוצג תשמש לרכישתם של מוצגים אחרים עבור המוזיאון, אלא אם כן החליטה הנהלת המוזיאון אחרת, מנימוקים שיירשמו.
