13ג. דיווח על סיעה שקיבלה מקדמה ולא זכתה במנדט
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשע״ד
(א)סיעה שקיבלה מקדמה למימון הוצאות בחירות לפי סעיף 4(א) ולא זכתה בבחירות במנדט, ימשיכו לחול עליה הוראות חוק זה לצורך ביקורת חשבונותיה לתקופת הבחירות לפי סעיף 10.
(ב)לא היה הדין וחשבון של מבקר המדינה לפי סעיף 10(ב), על סיעה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), חיובי – יהיו מי שהיו נציגיה של הסיעה אחראים ביחד ולחוד להחזיר לאוצר המדינה 15% מהמקדמה שהסיעה קיבלה.
