1ב. תפקיד הועדה הציבורית
תיקון: תשנ״ד־4, תשס״א, תשס״ב
(א)הועדה הציבורית תקבע את שיעור יחידת המימון כאמור בסעיף 3.
(ב)תחילתה של קביעת יחידת המימון תהיה באחד המועדים הבאים, כפי שתחליט הועדה הציבורית: 1 בינואר, 1 באפריל, 1 ביולי או 1 באוקטובר.
(ג)הועדה הציבורית לא תפחית סכום או יחידת מימון שקבעה אלא בהחלטה שהתקבלה פה אחד.
(ד)לא תיקבע יחידת מימון בתוקף למפרע.
(ה)(בוטל).
