8ג. תרומה במקרה של ויתור על מימון
תיקון: תשנ״ד־4, תשע״ב, תשע״ז־2, [י״פ הודעות]
מסרו רשימת מועמדים או סיעה, לא יאוחר מיום הצגת רשימות המועמדים לפי חוק הבחירות או מהיום הקובע, לפי המאוחר, הודעה בכתב ליושב ראש הכנסת שאין ברצונן לקבל מימון הוצאות בחירות לפי חוק זה, יראו לגביהן כאילו בסעיף 8(ג) נאמר 60,000 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 1994; בשנת 2026, 150,400 ש״ח), והן לא תהיינה זכאיות למימון הוצאות בחירות באותה מערכת בחירות לכנסת.
