28כד1. הנחיות מבקר המדינה
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ח
(א)מבקר המדינה יקבע הנחיות לביצוע הוראות פרק זה.
(ב)מבקר המדינה יביא לידיעת הציבור, בדרך שיקבע, את הוראות פרק זה והנחיותיו לפיו; הוראות בעניינים המפורטים להלן יפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של משרד מבקר המדינה ובדרך נוספת כפי שיקבע, באופן בולט:
(1)הכללים והאיסורים החלים על תורם בודד;
(2)הכללים, האיסורים וחובות הדיווח החלים על מועמד;
(3)הוראות לעניין חוות דעת של מבקר המדינה.
