28כז1. איסור שימוש בכספי תרומות לתשלום סכומים שיש להעביר לאוצר המדינה
תיקון: תשס״ח
בלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור בסעיף 28ב(ג), לא ישתמש מועמד בתרומות שקיבל לפי פרק זה לתשלום סכומים שנקבע כי עליו להעביר לאוצר המדינה בשל תוצאות ביקורת או קנסות שהוטלו עליו בשל הרשעה בעבירה; עשה כן, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
