17. תארי מומחה בענפי הרפואה
השר רשאי, לאחר התייעצות בהסתדרות הרפואית בישראל, לקבוע בתקנות תארי מומחה לענפי הרפואה השונים ואת התנאים לאישור התארים, ולחייב מבקש תואר מומחה לעמוד בבחינות לפי תכנית, בדרכים ובמועדים שנקבעו.
