17יא. איסור מתן תמורה
תיקון: תשפ״ג־3
(א)לא יקבל רופא מומחה כל תמורה מעמית רופא בעד מתן הרשאה אישית או בעד פיקוח על עמית רופא.
(ב)לא ייתן רופא מומחה הרשאה אישית לעמית רופא, אם הרופא המומחה כפוף למרותו של עמית הרופא, ובכלל זה מועסק על ידו.
