25. תקופת כהונתו של חבר הועדה
תקופת כהונתו של חבר הועדה המייעצת, למעט היושב ראש, תהא שלוש שנים מיום מינויו והוא יכול להתמנות מחדש, ובלבד שלא יכהן יותר משלוש תקופות כהונה רצופות; חבר הועדה שתקופת כהונתו תמה יוסיף לכהן עד למינוי חבר אחר במקומו.
